Reserve Component Programs: FY 1994 Report of the Reserve Forces Policy Board.

Abstract

This Annual Report of the Reserve Forces Policy Board for FY-94 has been issued in compliance with Title 10, United States Code, Section 113(c)(3). In this Report, the Board has reviewed the progress that has been made in improving the readiness of the Reserve Components, and has identified areas in which, in the Board's judgement, further improvements are required to make the Reserve Components more effective members of the Total Force. The Report also describes the changes the Reserve components are making to adapt to the Post Cold War Era. The Report represents the collective view of the members of the Board, and is not the official policy position of the Department of Defense or any other Department or Agency of the United States Government.
