Abstract

This report details the procedures and equipment used in the closure of the deep injection well near basin F. Sections discuss the following: (1) Construction of the surface facilities associated with the well; materials and methods used in plugging the well. (2) Schedule, labor distribution, and contractor percentage of the work. (3) Decontamination procedures used for personnel and equipment. Appendices include: (1) Daily report sheets from Chen and associates. (2) Chemical sampling results for water, soil and air. (3) Certificates of post-employment medical examinations of personnel.
