Somalia Environmental Monitoring of Ammunition in Open Storage, Fall 1993.

Abstract

The U.S. Army Defense Ammunition Center and School (USADACS), Validation Engineering Division (SMCAC-DEV), was tasked by US. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) to monitor ammunition in open storage in Somalia. This was an ongoing test of ARDEC, Predictive Technology Branch, surveillance program to ensure long-term reliability of ammunition in the field. This report contains test results of selected ammunition monitored during November 1993. (AN)
