Abstract

The interim response action for shell section 36 trenches will consist of: (1) Rectangular slurry wall surrounding trenches, (2) Soil and vegetative cover, (3) Abandonment of 15 existing monitoring wells and 10 well points, (4) Installation of 7 new monitoring wells. This draft implementation plan contains: (1) MOU between the army and shell concerning shell's participation in the IRA's, (2) Construction work plan, (3) Cost Estimates, (4) Task specific health and safety plan, (5) Engineering specifications, (6) Engineering drawings.
