Abstract

This plan sets forth the procedures which will be used to respond to, and minimize hazards to, human health or the environment resulting from any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste constituents to air, soil, or water from specified areas at RMA. These areas include the central waste handling area, the south plants decontamination area, and the Basin F interim response action structures including the capped basin floor, ponds a and B, waste pile, and the tank farm.
