Abstract

This study seeks to achieve three primary objectives: (1) To develop and employ a credible, systematic, empirically based approach to assessing the industry cost impact of specific DOD regulations; (2) To measure the overall impact of the DOD regulatory environment on contractors' costs; and (3) To identify the key regulatory cost drivers and describe how they impact contractors' business processes.
