Abstract

To develop an IgC-subclass specific ELISA for measurement of Cl/C2/C3 and C4 levels in intestinal secretions, and to measure quantitative immunoglobulin levels, particularly IgC subclasses, in the intestinal secretions of patients with common variable hypogammaglobulinemia (CVID) and compare these with normal levels.
