This Colloquium, sponsored by the Armstrong Laboratory(AL), US Department of the Air Force, brought together eighty users of the ATB model and its derivatives (Cvs, Cal-3D, and DYNAMAN). The two day conference offered the opportunity to present ana exchange the latest ATB modeling techniques and applications.
