Defense Intransit Visibility Integration Plan.

Abstract

The Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) appointed the U.S. Transportation Command USTRANSCOM) as the lead office for analyzing functional requirements and to develop an intransit tracking capability. As a result, USTANSCOM, in conjunction with the Office of the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Transportation Policy (ADUSD-TP), prepared the Defense Intransit Visibility Integration Plan.
