Women Aboard Navy Ships: A Comprehensive Health and Readiness Research Project.

Abstract

This is a progress report of a comprehensive epidemiologic research study of a large population of women in an operationally deployed situation -- assignment to ships. This study is designed to address aspects of the four major research topic areas specified in an Institute of Medicine Report which provided recommendations for research on the Health of Military women.
