Abstract

This Manual has been developed for use by Army, Navy, Air Force, Defense Supply Agency and other Department of Defense personnel, who are responsible for preparing, coding, editing, or machine processing the Individual Procurement Action Report, DD Form 350, prescribed by Section XXI of the Armed Services Procurement Regulation.
