Defense Conference on Nondestructive Testing.

Abstract

The coordination of the development and the application of nondestructive methods for the testing and inspection of materials and assemblies for the Department of Defense. Objectives include: (1) To provide for an effective dissemination of information pertaining to nondestructive methods and applications among members and their respective establishments in the Department of Defense; (2) To provide for the utilization of the knowledge, skills, and experiences of specialists in the various branches of the Department of Defense for the attack and solution of problems within the Military establishment; and (3) To encourage (wherever applicable) uniform practices in the application of nondestructive testing methods.
