Construction Productivity Improvement at a Construction Battalion Unit.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to improve the OBUs productivity, quality and competitiveness using a combination of OPI, BPl and reengineering techniques. This paper will organize the CBU to conduct this type of program, select, analyze and streamline/reengineer five specific processes, identify ways to measure and control these processes, and recommend future courses of action.
