Abstract

This report contains an overview of the mitigation plan outlined in the 1988 Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) among the Corps, the Local Sponsor, the SHPO, and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. It also contains detailed requirements for HABS/HAER documentation for significant architectural resources identified in the MOA. (AN)
