Battle Command: U.S. Army Battle Dynamic Concept.

Abstract

This concept serves as the basis for developing doctrine, leader development, organizations, and materiel changes focused on soldiers (DThOMS) requirements and solutions for command of combat forces in batfie and operations other than war. It provides the framework to describe battle command and required capabilities prescribed for a Force Projection Army. Applicability. The concept applies to all ThADOC activities which develop DThOM requirements. Suggested iniprovements. The proponent of this pamphlet is the Deputy Chief of Staff for Combat Developments.
