Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Operational Test Plan for Type II Fixed Ground Antenna Radome (FGAR).

Abstract

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) Operational Test Plan for Type II Fixed Ground Antenna Radome (FGAR) is prepared by the Associate Program Manager for Test (APMT). It defines the overall planning, test activities, and coordination associated with OT&E Operational testing required to ensure the project meets the requirements of the project specification, and the system and subsystem requirements allocated to the project. The purpose of the FGAR project is to provide new, larger radomes for en route surveillance radars and for Beacon Only Sites (BOS) that require Mode Select Beacon System (Mode S) installations.
