Derivation and Application of Measures of Conformance to Army Operations Doctrine.

Abstract

A blueprint for analyzing doctrine with respect to its relationship to combat victory was developed and then used to develop 14 measures of doctrinal conformance to four of the Tenets of Army Operations doctrine-Agility, Depth, Initiative, and Synchronization.
