Abstract

The purpose of this Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) is to delineate the requirements specified by U.S. Army Environmental Center (USAEC) and applicable regulatory agencies and to provide internal means for control and review so that the environmentally related measurements and data collected are valid, scientifically sound, defensible, of known acceptable documented quality, and representative of the in situ environmental conditions.
