Abstract

The Commander-in-Chief Theater Missile Defense Assessment Program is a program of the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization that assists the warfighting commanders-in-chief in assessing their TMD capabilities. It provides necessary funding for exercises that explore new TMD systems and operational concepts (procedures). This document describes the objectives and accomplishments of the program since its inception in 1989 through 1994.
