Abstract

The purpose of this Plan is to present a program, timetable, and deadlines for all presently identified Interim Response Actions (IRA) and all RI/FS activity for the two planned Operable Units at RMA. This Plan has a goal of March 1989 for the issuance of the Army's preferred remedial strategy for the Offpost Operable Unit and a goal of February 1992 for the issuance of the Army's preferred remedial strategy for the Onpost Operable Unit.
