Abstract

This report presents information on Department of Defense (DoD) prime awards of contracts, grants, and agreements for research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) made to educational and other nonprofit institutions, including Federal, state, and local government agencies, during fiscal year (FY) 1994. Only those awards of contracts over $25,000 and all grants and agreements made to educational and other nonprofit institutions are included. The information is displayed in the two major RDT&E budget categories of (1) Technology Base and (2) Development in order to differentiate between the types on institutions that receive each type of funding.
