Technical Information Collection and Assessment Efforts.

Abstract

This report is a detailed account of the participation of the Infrared Information Analysis (IRIA) Center in the SBIR Conference held in Houston, TX, 26-28 April 1994. The report is divided into three parts. The first part presents details of the inquiries to IRIA and responses following the SBIR conference. The second part presents details of the inquiries and responses during the conference. The third part is an Appendix containing the actual inquiries and the memos and letters that followed.
