Volume 2 of this report provides the background materials associated with the Outreach III Seminars conducted jointly between ACDA and the Department of Commerce. This volume includes the official final scripts employed by the speakers at the seminar, the slides that accompany the scripts, the biographical sketches of the speakers, important definitions of treaty related terms, the list of Schedule Chemicals, sample draft declaration forms, and the official list of those who attended each seminar. jg
