RCRA Part B. Permit Application. Selected Facilities: Rocky Mountain Arsenal, Commerce City, Colorado. Volume 1.

Abstract

This document represents RMA's formal application for RCRA part B permit status with the EPA region VIII and will remain in effect until amended by RMA later in 1984. The complete part A application is included and was revised from the original part A of November 1980 and submitted to EPA on January 28, 1983. Much of this application was prepared using existing documentation and procedures at RMA. In many cases information was extracted from OP'S and other sources such as RMA'S disaster control plan surveys were conducted specifically for waste container storage facilities. New information such as closure and waste analysis plans were developed. Tables, maps and supporting reference materials are included. This is an interim report.
