Abstract

This document is a summary of the proceedings of the Army technical workshop on the Global Positioning System (GPS), which was held at the University of North Carolina on 2 and 3 August 1995. The workshop was jointly sponsored by the U.S. Army Missile Command, Army Research Laboratory, Army Research Office, and Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research and Technology. This report contains the agenda of talks, technical problems submitted for discussion by the participants, and summaries of the discussions in the 11 topical discussion groups. In addition, personal statements from several of the participants are included. (MM)
