Standard Operating Procedures for the Commanders-in-Chief Theater Missile Defense Assessment Program.

Abstract

The Commander-In-Chief Theater Missile Defense Assessment Program of the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, is a program that assists the warfighting Commanders-In-Chief in assessing their TMD capabilities. It provides necessary funding for exercises that explore new TMD systems and operational concepts/procedures. This document describes the program management concept and standard operating procedures for the planning and execution of the CINCs TMD assessment program.
