Combinatorial Solid Geometry Target Description Standards.

Abstract

The Ground Systems Branch of the U.S. Army Research Laboratory uses computerized geometric target description modeling of vehicles to support its vulnerability analyses. The target describer must follow certain guidelines to ensure a description's compatibility with various vulnerability models. This report presents the required standardization guidelines for target descriptions created in or translated into the BRL-CAD three-dimensional solid modeling system.
