Abstract

This Directive, under the authority vested in the Secretary of Defense under Chapter 6 of Title 10, United States Code, establishes the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (hereafter referred to as 'the Center'), with mission, organization and management, responsibilities, functions, relationships, and administration as prescribed herein.
