Abstract

The purpose of the informal test, reported in this QSTR, was to analyze Rocketdyne's (a division of Rockwell Int'l) interpretation and use of the CALS standards in transferring technical Raster data. Rocketdyne used its CALS Technical Data Interchange System to produce data, in accordance with the standards, and delivered it to the AFCTN technical staff using and electronic transfer to the internet server. Two file sets were transmitted for this test, an 1840A and an 1840B data set.
