Technical IGES Transfer Using: Texas Instruments' Data, MIL-STD-1840A, MIL-D-28000A (IGES).

Abstract

The purpose of the informal test, reported in this QSTR, was to analyze Texas Instruments' interpretation and use of the CALS standards in transferring technical engineering data. Texas Instruments used its CALS Technical Data Interchange System to produce data, in accordance with the standards, and delivered it to the AFCTN technical staff via an electronic transfer.
