The Measurement of a High-Power CO2 Laser's Far-Field Output Intensity Distribution,

Abstract

An experimental method for measuring the far field intensity distribution of a TE CW CO2 laser beam by two dimensional scanning is described. The reliability and practicability of the measurement system have been discussed in details. The measurements of a TE CW CO2 laser with 2 kW output are given.
