Development of Regional Discriminants.
Abstract
The research performed under the grant, during the period May 1, 1994 through December 15, 1995, can be divided into three main topics: (1) Regional source parameters, seismic energy, and discrimination; (2) Determining surface wave magnitudes from regional Nevada Test Site data; and (3) Isotropic and deviatoric moment inversion of regional surface waves from Nevada test site explosions: implications for yield estimation and seismic discrimination.
