Abstract

The following change updates DoD 4100.39-M, Volume 8. This change is the result of an external/internal System Change Request (SCR) DoD 4100.39-M, Volume 8, Document Identifier Code Input/Output Format (Fixed Length), Chapter 4 is changed (see attachment). This change is effective upon receipt and is for use in system operation or changes as required. It will be included in a revision to Volume 8, which we will distribute on or about July 15, 1996.
