Abstract

The following change updates DoD 4100.39-M, Volume 1. This change is the result of an external/internal System Change Request (SCR). DoD 4l00.39-M, Volume 1, General and Administrative Information, Chapter 1, has been changed (see attachment). This change is effective upon receipt and is for use in system operation or changes as required. It will be included in a revision to Volume 1, which we will distribute on or about July 15, 1996.
