Antireflective Coatings for GaAs and ZnSe Windows and Lenses Used with High-Power CO2 Lasers,

Abstract

A kind of two-layer antireflective coatings for GaAs and ZnSe windows and lenses used with high power CO2 lasers have been reported in this paper. Comparing with conventional quarter-wave film stacks, they have properties of less absorption, wide band of antireflective wavelength range and easy fabrication.
