Abstract

This Directive, pursuant to the authority vested in the Secretary of Defense by Section 113 of Title 10, United States Code, reissues DoD Directive 5122.5, dated December 2, 1993, to establish the position of the ASD(PA), with responsibilities, functions, and authorities of the ASD(PA) as prescribed herein.
