Abstract

This document contains the results of the second Software Productivity Consortium (Consortium) Reengineering Workshop, held at the Consortium on December 4 and 5, 1995. The objectives of the workshop were to gather reengineering researchers and practitioners from industry and academia to discuss directions in reengineering. The workshop sought to compare approaches to reengineering information systems, including the current state-of-the-practice of reengineering of legacy systems, data and process reengineering, product lines, and object technology in reengineering.
