Environmental and Personnel Safety Procedures for High-Power, Radio-Frequency Outdoor Field Tests.
Abstract
This report documents the procedures followed for radio-frequency experiments performed at outdoor, off-site locations. This report identifies potential personnel and environmental hazards, standardizes personnel exposure levels to establish a uniform personnel protection policy, eliminates uncertainties associated with interpreting existing safety and environmental standards, and defines those procedures necessary to assure compliance.
