Meteorological Factors ...Predicting Mission Success.

Abstract

This paper will examine the impact that regional climatology and meteorological have on the various elements of operational design. Further emphasis will be placed on the physical restrictions presented by climatic conditions and their importance as elements of the deliberate and crisis action planning process. Finally, the importance of long-range predictions and short-range outlook as kay factors in the planning process will be examined.
