The Influence of Sensor to Shooter Technology on Theater Level Decision Making.

Abstract

Accelerating change in technology suggest that the current paradigm used for military decision making be closely examined to determine if a more suitable process should be used in the future. The current model is described, the changing technologies that directly affect it are reviewed, followed by a discussion of the decision making process. Finally a new schema for decision making is proposed along with its rational and possible implications.
