Technical IGES Transfer Using: Texas Instruments' Data MIL-D-28OOOA (IGES) Quick Short Test Report.

Abstract

The purpose of the informal test, reported in this QSTR, was to analyze Texas Instruments' interpretation and use of the CALS standards in transferring technical IGES data. Texas Instruments used its CALS Technical Data Interchange System to produce data, in accordance with the standards, and delivered it to the AFCTN technical staff on two 3.5' disketts. The test was not to evaluate the CALS MIL-STD-184OA per agreement between the AFCTB and Texas Instruments.
