Abstract

The purpose of the informal test, reported in this QSTR, was to analyze Image Memory Systems' and Battelle Memorial Institute's interpretation and use of the CALS standards in transferring technical Raster data. Image Memory Systems used its CALS Technical Data Interchange System to produce data, in accordance with the standards, and delivered it to the AFCTN technical staff on a 9-track magnetic tape.
