Development of Instructional Programs for the CTC Archive.

Abstract

The objectives of this project is to develop criterion referenced programs of instruction for: (1) the instructor-based environment at POM and; (2) the remote utilization condition. This program consists of four major tasks: Task (1) Prepare a program development plan which will describe how the work is to be conducted, times of initiation and completion of tasks, efforts, and dates when products will be delivered. Deviations permitted with approval of the COR. Task (2) Prepare instructional modules in accordance with the instructional design presented in the following outline (administered in an instructor-based format); Task (3) Develop a second instructional program, intended for remote users, using the content from the instructor-based course. Self-paced instructional programs should be available in different media such as PC tutorial and paper based; and Task (4) Complete try-out and evaluation of program to be refined based on feedback.
