Instructional Program: Embedded Instructional Program ECI Deliverable.

Abstract

The Embedded instructional Program was developed based on a task analysis to identify the skills required to operate the ECI. The Embedded Instructional Program consists of two components. The first, FORMPLAYER Tutorial, trains the user on how to enter information into a predefined electronic form. The FORMPLAYER Tutorial is divided into nine topics. The second component, FORMDESIGNER Tutorial, trains the user on how to develop electronic forms. The FORMDESIGNER Tutorial is divided into twelve topics. New ECI users, or user not experienced with computers, should begin with the FORMPLAYER Tutorial. Both FORMPLAYER and FORMDESIGNER Tutorials are imbedded in the ECI program through the ECI installation Diskettes. Both tutorials provide a self-paced instructional program in which the user will be required to execute the learning topics.
