Abstract

This Directive reissues DoD Directive 4205.1, dated June 21, 1984; updates policy and responsibilities, under Section 2323 of Title 10, United States Code, and Sections 631-656 of Title 15, United States Code, for implementing and managing the small business, small disadvantaged business, and women-owned small business utilization programs within the Department of Defense, to include historically Black colleges and universities and/or minority institutions; and continues to authorize the publication of DoD 4205.l-M, DoD 4205.1-G, and DoD 4205.1-H.
