Tactical Aircraft: Concurrency in Development and Production of F-22 Aircraft Should Be Reduced.

Abstract

As called for by the Senate Armed Services Committee report on the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 1995, the General Accounting Office assessed the concurrency between the development and production phases of the Air Force's F-22 fighter program and the risk associated with that concurrency.
