Research to Support Scene Simulation and Target Building Capabilities for ACT/EOS.

Abstract

A software program is described that will enable an analyst to build new variations of a class of models for IR Signature Prediction with the ACT/EOS Thermal Contrast Model, TCM2. This new graphical generic processor program is called xwtherm. The use of this program is detailed in this final report and software manual.
