The Army Study Program: Fiscal Year 1997 Report.

Abstract

This report describes the annual study program in terms of issues addressed by these studies, related functional area, and other programmatic characteristics of the studies contained in the Study Program data base. A comparison of the FY 97 study program with study programs from prior years is also provided. Data presented were collected from agencies and commands sponsoring studies. They were tabulated and analyzed by the Study Program Management Office. This report also examines studies regarding their potential impact upon the Army. Several listings of the studies are provided to assist the reader which include: alphabetically by title for each sponsoring organization, by critical Army issue, by functional area, and by identification code.
