Media selection guidelines were then developed from the analysis. Data were collected from the developers of 32 modules of graduate-level, management education that are used for Navy medical officers. Module outcomes, instructional techniques, and the expected stability of the learning content were analyzed and the media selection guidelines were used to match each module with videoteletaaining, digitized video disc, or traditional classroom instruction.
