Wartime Requirements, FY 2003 - Chemical Defense Equipment (WARREQ-03 CHEM).

Abstract

This analysis provided wartime requirements for approximately 18 items of nuclear, biological, and chemical (NBC) defense equipment which were not included in the original WARREQ-03 equipment list of items that were considered in that study, conducted in late CY 95 and documented in the spring of 1996. The equipment list of line item numbers was updated, and the Equipment Loss Consolidator (ELCON) program portion of the CALAPER process was rerun to determine wartime attrition of those systems of interest.
